- If Adobe Photoshop file- you must flatten layers, save as tiff with LZW compression.
- If Adobe Illustrator file- you must convert all fonts to outlines, save as EPS.
- We also accept high-resolution PDFs.
- Files need to be saved at full size and have a resolution of 100-150 or ½ size with a resolution of 200-300.
- If your art is being created in Adobe In-Design, there will be an additional $50 fee for adjusting yout artwork to our existing templates.

- In the special message box Your Contact Info and any special instructions you have for us. At least one letter must be in the box.

- Use the browse buttons to select the files on your computer to upload

Smash Hit Displays Graphics Policy & Terms
- If you have provided graphics, Smash Hit Displays takes no responsibility as to the quality of the printed graphics – only the workmanship. We will view the uploaded file ONLY to look for quality issues. This does not include spelling or typo errors made by your designer. Whether graphics are provided or if you intend to re-use graphics you have previously uploaded for a past order, YOU MUST examine the graphics for spelling errors, typos, size, and quality. There ARE errors in design.
- If there are repeated problems with the graphics and/or uploading the graphic, additional charges may apply.
- We do NOT guarantee graphic specs if templates are not used by your designer. Smash Hit Displays strives to make the graphic process as smooth as possible by providing templates that can be downloaded off of our website, www.smashhitdisplays.com. For sizing purposes, these templates include the bleed needed by the printer.
- Smash Hit Displays is NOT responsible for unsatisfactory color results if a proof is not ordered. Art submissions with specific Pantone Color call outs will automatically be converted to CMYK. If your job is color sensitive, please contact us for information and pricing on color matching services.
- Smash Hit Displays is NOT responsible for reprinting; or compensation for new artwork to be created.
- The graphic process takes 5-12 business days from the time the proof is approved by you. If you need your order sooner than this schedule allows, we can request a rush for an additional cost, to be paid by you if the request is approved.
- We always request a “Ship to ARRIVE NO LATER THAN date”. The correct shipping method, to include expedited shipping, will automatically be used. Smash Hit Displays will do our best to notify you, before your order ships, of additional shipping costs. Any additional shipping charges will be billed to you using the credit card provided at the time the order was placed.
- Smash Hit Displays does NOT guarantee shipping. If you want your order guaranteed for delivery on a specific date and/or by a specific time, you may request expedited delivery.
- Once your order is shipped, FedEx/UPS/Transport Company is responsible for your order. Shipping guarantees are per FedEx/UPS/Transport Company Terms & Conditions. Ground shipments are not guaranteed. Smash Hit Displays/FedEx/UPS/Transport Company are not responsible for delayed or missed deliveries due to acts of nature, war, government/city/state shutdowns, or weather -- anything they deem to put their employees at risk.
