How to Use Video Effectively at Your Convention Booth

As you prepare your trade show booth for the upcoming convention, advertising your booth at least a month before the event is important in order to let your target audience know when and where the show will take place. This is a great way to increase traffic to your display booth. One way to effectively advertise your trade show exhibit is not just by telling your audience about it, but by showing them. Video is a powerful tool if used correctly. Here are some ways you can use video and get the results you want at the event.

Before the Trade Show

Interview your trade show display staff in order to give your audience an idea of what they can expect at your display system. If you will be giving out promotional products or holding drawings, let them know. If you will have a presentation or demonstration, inform them so they have a reason to visit your booth display.

During the Trade Show

After the Trade Show

Edit the footage to create a video of any demonstrations or presentations that were held at your trade show exhibit. This way, anyone who wasn't able to attend will still be able to see how your products work and if they would be in the market for one.
