5 Tips to Keep Attendees Patient at Your Trade Show Displays

Every trade show exhibitor is hoping to get tons of traffic coming in to their display system. What they may not expect, however, are attendees having to wait in line for hours while you are busy scanning badges, talking to potential customers, and taking orders. Plan for the Crowd

Do your research to get an idea how many attendees and exhibitors will be at the event. If you notice the line backing up at your trade show exhibit, designate one person to walk around and offer the attendees coffee or cookies while they patiently wait to set foot in your display booth. It can be exhausting spending hours on the event floor, so they will definitely appreciate the pick-me-up.

Keep Them Entertained With a Video or Presentation

As they wait, play a video or presentation that will inform them of what your company does. This can be done by attaching plasma monitors to your trade show displays that will display a slide show or short movie of your business.
