Banner stands are cost effective way to promote your business, take very little space, and have a portable design that can easily set up and be packed away after the event. Some exhibitors use one banner display in addition to their large show booth for more signage, while some prefer to use several banner stands to create a full size exhibit.
Keep the Text on Top
The first place most people will look is the top of a display, so make sure to keep all of the words near the top so it gets easily viewed. If words are placed on the bottom, it may get overlooked.
When it Comes to Graphics, Less is Best
Don t overdo your graphics by putting too many images, words, and colors on the banner. This can lead to confusion as to what it is your company does or will be too visually busy for attendees, making them avoid your display all together.
Make a Mural
As I mentioned before, some exhibitors prefer to make a banner stand wall by placing several banner stands together. This costs much less than full size exhibits yet can have the same impact. Create a mural that goes across all the banners for an eye-catching, affordable show display. Graphics can also be easily interchanged if you would like to promote new products or services at different shows.
Keep Them Tall
Many banner booths have adjustable heights and, since the banner display is much smaller than most displays, having a tall banner will stand out.
These are just a few ideas for creating an effective banner stand, but they have a versatile design that allows for your creativity and possibilities to run wild.
