Return Policy
We do not offer a return policy on any products except for manufacturers defect. The only exception to this rule are with the Pop Up Display frames. We do offer a lifetime warranty on the frames which can be found by clink on this link: Pop Up Display Warranty Certificate. We do strive to make sure your products are in correct working order before they leave our shipping department, but damages can happen in transit so please inspect all items upon receipt and notify the carrier immediately. Failure to do so can result in the inability to acquire replacement items. We do stock replacement parts and if needed please use the contact us form or call us via our 800# number. |
